I know, I know. It has been almost FOREVER! Jamie had her baby on April 17th right no her due date! I was there for the whole thing. What a great sister I have! Ive never seen a natural birth or had one of my own...so it was VERY special to me. But what I can say is...I RATHER HAVE A CESEREAN ANYTIME! YIKES! She did really really good and within 6 big pushes baby was out. A little girl. They named her Aubree Marie...she is soooo beautiful! Such pretty dark hair. I love her right to pieces...as Does Trenton. He talks about her all the time and loves to hold and kiss her. BTW...she was 7 lbs 12 oz...bigger than my 2 babies! Can u tell Im updating fast, LOL. I just keep typing random stuff...hehehehe.
ANYWAYS...me. Im doing good. We are set up for the babys birthday on Augest 19th. We havent picked any names yet but I really like Camdon...Don dont sooo much! I will post pics soon

Crumble cookies. Mix the 2 together and freeze for a couple of hours. Serve. This is absolutley delicious!!!!! Kids love it, I love it and Hubby loves it! VERY GOOD!

....even if we do have a foot of snow on the ground. Spring will be here soon. I hate Feburary. It's cold and crispy. I dont even like to go out in it. Its the coldest month of the yr here in NY. I am ready for it to be over. March still brings plenty of winter here, however we start getting nicer days mixed in. I am axious to start my little seedlings indoors, start spring cleaning and the 6 weeks I get off from work! I cant wait! I am going through some serious withdrawals theese days and thinking about the warm weather helps a bit.

Fruit Salad

Usually during the winter fresh fruit dont seem to appealing to my kiddos. Havent really figured out why but I found the perfect solution. FRUIT SALAD. I usually start out fruit salad with a can of pineapple if I have any. The juice from the can gives the salad some liquid and we like it that way. If I dont have any on hand then I use some other canned fruit like peaches or cocktail. We like pineapple the best though.
Then I peel, core and cube 2-3 apples, 2-3 oranges, 2 bananas and if I have any 2-3 kiwi. Of course other fruit could be added but I usually only have theese. I mix it all up with the juice and put it in the fridge for a while. That way all the flavors blend together. This way the fruit is gone in no time and I know we got our vitamins.

Finishing my Education.....

Well I am finally gonna take the plunge and finish my schooling. I finally decided on a Major....I had about 3 of them floating around in my head. I decided to get my Bachlors in Elementary Education. Although I know that in the end I will end up with a Masters degree (NY regulations)...Im going to start with my bachlors. I REALLY wanted to Follow with a Special Education Endorsment...But it looks like I wont beable to do that. Apparently they dont allow you to get the endorsment online and the nearest college is about 2 hours away and its in the city. I dont know what I will do. The guidence counseler at our local school has been helping me out. He gathered up some local colleges that offer the degree online. We are going to sit down and take a look at them and their programs Tuesday or Wednesday. He is also looking into the endorsment for me. Cross your fingers.
Im REALLY excited about it! ANd if everything goes ok HOPEFULLY I can start in January. Im hoping!!!!!!

Did I mention that Jamie was pregnant, not sure if I did or not. Now I know it is not a good thing but Im SOOOOO EXCITED! She is about 4 1/2 months and we are going to find out what she is having the 16th. I CANT WAIT! My kids will have a cousin! Even though neither one of them have jobs, or an apartment and are living with Matts' Parents....for some reason I am excited! I dont know what is going to happen but I hope in the end it all comes out good.
Im calling off of work the next 3 days! YAY! No....really. Kids are sick and my MIL dont want to take them becuase she dont want to get sick. So....I guess I get a 5 day weekend! YEAH! Good thing I get sick pay! I am going to clean like crazy while I am off. I really need to get my house in shape before it starts to get really cold out. I like to stay in my warm living room huddled on my couch as much as possible in the winter time. LOL. Really I do. SO I figure if I get my house all organized I can stay huddled as long as possible. LOL. I still have outside work to do, I think I will be doing that today....Its suppose to get up to a whopping high of 40 degrees today! Soooo...out in the cold I go. Its snowing again today too....so it will be windy while Im out. I hate it! And Im sick! This a crappy post I know. LOL

First snow of the season.......

Last night. I hate snow! I really do. It's not snowing hard, nor is it sticking to the roads. But it is a sign of winter. And it is sticking to the deck, the grass and the cars. We are all sick. We go to the docters today at 3pm. Thank Goodness. We all have fevers, cough, and we are all phlemed up. I dont know where we got it from....Trenton prolly brought it home from school.
On the other hand.......I LOST 13 lbs!!!!! YEAH! Im soooo happy! I can finally fit into my 3 pairs of Old Navys that have been sitting in the closet. I have been trying to lose wieght. I have been watching what I eat, eating when I am hungry...not just when I am bored (which doesnt seem very often), NOT eating before I go to bed ect. I have been trying to walk more as well. The only thing I really really need to work on is excluding the pop from my diet. Its soooo hard. I been getting one water and one pop at work at night...instead of 2 pops. So I have been doing better. Awhhh well. I am hoping to lose the 75 lbs I put on this yr....YIKES! I cant believe I put on soooo much! It seems that almost all of my co-workers put on quite a bit this yr...perhaps they are not working us hard enough. LOL
Pomergranates? Does anyone know how to eat theese? I tried some juice and loved it. I bought a couple fruits and Im not really sure how to eat them. I tried biting into it and the texture alone was horrible. The flesh had this gross taste to it and squirted red juice everywhere (which is STAINABLE!!!!). Not quite sure how to eat them, I know they are suppose to be really good for you!
I have sooo much cleaning to do this week. Just getting rid of all the extra crap around here! I am putting up an ad this weekend for babysitting. I am going to try and see if I can find a couple of babies/children to watch throughout the week to make some extra money. Wish me Luck!

Winter is comming......

I hate the cold. Seriously. It is suppose to snow here in NY this week. Starting Wednesday and snow right through until saturday. No more sunny afternoon walks, no more open windows to let the breeze in, no more firing up the grill....I dread this time of year. We always spend it huddled up on the couch in blankets with 3 layers of clothes on....either watching television or reading books. I dont ever leave the house in the winter if I dont have to.
I think I am going to decorate for Christmas next week. Just becuase....so we can have our tree up a little longer this year. The kids enjoy it. Not that Im excited at all for Christmas this year....seeing how we are deadbeat BROKE> Waiting for my second job to call me(GRRRRR!) Please pray someone calls me for extra work....I really need the extra money. :(

He had Tons of fun but got tired out and made me carry him all the way home from across town. WHEW!!! When we got home, we went through their candy and they started to get grumpy. They were both miserable when I was trying to take pictures of them in their new PJ's. Ecspecially Trenton!

Hmmm....WORK< WORK< WORK! I hate it! WHy cant I just stay home with my children like all my friends get too? It makes me soooo mad and Jelous!!! GRRRRRR!
Im due May 11th! YAY! I cant wait. Im hoping for a girl but another boy would be great too. Either way I am excited!
Trentons busy at preschool. He learned to say......Hi! Im sooo excited! He is finally getting the hang of it. We teach him his letter sounds by saying them on his hand. The speech therepist says he can feel how they are said this way. Cute! He has been fairly good at preschool....he does have his days...usually towards the end of the week. He gets tired and dont want to go. When we arrive to his classroom he pulls this big crying.......I love my mommy fit. I have to just walk away with tears in my eyes. LOL. The preschool teacher says sometimes when they go outside for playtime, Trenton crawls up on the bench and lies down to rest. She said several times she thought he was going to fall asleep. Maby he is just over tired! He goes to bed at 8pm. He has alot of fun! He does alot of fingerpainting and he loves it!
I have been working on the alphabet and words with Carter. He is comming right along. Catches on quick! We went to the docters a couple of days ago about his legs.....he has weak knees and he is severly intoed. He needs braces day and night and we go to the specialist on the 24th. Ive never noticed but when he is running, his knees Buckle up and fall out from underneath him. This is why he falls sooo much. I thought he was always tripping over his other foot......but apparently not. I wish I saw this earlier.
What else. Ive been extremely busy! Working at walmart. Writing my articles and editing others. I am also trying to get a part time job at our local deli. PLEASE CROSS YOUR FINGERS!!!! I really need this second job . At least until after winter. I am soooo far behind my bills and I dont even know why.....Plus Trentons birthday is comming up. YIKES! I have also been having some family troubles......those of you that know....NOTHINGS WORKING!
Jamies pregnant too. Did I mention that? Im trying to help her get a job and go to her appointments but she dont want my help and I think she thinks things are just going to fall into her hands for free. Whatever! Shes due April 12th. One month before me.
Time to go finish cleaning my house. It seems I get no time to myself anymore.

Here's a list of great breakfast ideas, some easier than others:
Pancakes (make your own and freeze)
French toast (make your own and freeze)
Waffles (make your own and freeze)
Quick grits -add cheese if the kids don't like them plain ,don't use instant, quick is better!
soak the grits in the cooking water overnight for better results and serve with butter,
salt, and pepper
Eggs (try farm fresh eggs if you have never had them)
Hard-boiled
Scrambled
Fried
Poached
Oatmeal
Granola or granola bars (homemade is superior)
Leftovers
so what if it isn't breakfast food - pizza, fried rice, and pasta are great the next day
leftover spaghetti (pasta only) is delicious fried in butter with salt, pepper, and grated cheddar cheese
Fresh fruit
Smoothies
Mix fresh or frozen fruit, vanilla yogurt, and a little milk for a great smoothie
Wraps
scrambled eggs, lunchmeat, or fruit with yogurt can be put in a wrap for a portable meal
Quick and easy biscuits
Breakfast bars
Breakfast cookies
Fresh whole wheat bread (put it in your bread machine and set the timer so it will finish baking just as the kids get up in the morning) with butter

Trentons starting Preschool this week!

Zucchini....

We have sooooo much zucchini growing in our garden. We have been eating it for weeks and its still comming in. The kids love it! We love it! Its sooo fresh right from our garden! Tastes nothing like you would buy at the store. If you garden then you know how much zucchini you can end up with right?

Here are a few tasty ways we have been eating zucchini:

-Shred Zucchini into tossed salad; or make coleslaw with 1/2 shredded zucchini and 1/2 shredded cabbage

-slice zucchini into strips and serve with ranch dressing or dip

-Add a culinary dip to plain rice. Saute some chopped zuchinni, chopped onion and chopped garlic and add to your plain white rice! VERY GOOD!

-Sneak some extra nutrition into your childs food. Add shredded zucchini into a muffin or sweet bread recipe or replace some of the potato with shredded zucchini in a potato panacake recipe.

-Zucchini boats for your dinner table; Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers to make a boat. Fill the boats with one of the following mixtures: Chopped onions, mushrooms, peppers, , Parmasean cheese and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil or butter. Bake covered in a casserole dish at 350 for about 45 to 60 minutes.

Well I kinda do but I really wish we would have moved into the country. I know that our house would never sell becuase it was on the market almost 5 years before we bought it. This really upsets me. I REALLY want to live out of town. I guess I learned my lesson about jumping into the first thing ya see type of deal.
Trenton went to preschool screening yesterday. He didnt pass anything but his Large Motor skills. :( Makes me sad. He goes to the Dr's on Friday......dont know what he will say. Trenton is getting evaluated by a few people from the county....this is through the school. Now I am getting awful frusterated about homeschooling. I REALLY want to do it but dont know if I can. I seem kinda scared that Im not going to teach him the right way or that he wil learn? IDK...is it always scary at first?
If I didnt already share.......Carter has said a few words in the last week. He has said Frog, Boo-Boo, and spongbob and last night when I was reading to him he said Boat. Im soooo proud of him and happy he is finally starting to talk! Maby Trenton will come along not to far behind him! I have hope in him!

Adoption....

I would love to adopt. I would love to be a foster parent. Don and I thought of looking into foster caring. We thought Hey we can help out children, whynot....they need a loving, caring home and we could give them just that. So I have been reading up on it and lettig it all sink into my head. I start looking at pictures of children that need to be adopted. Then I get a lightbulb above my head....LETS ADOPT!!! So I started looking into it. I couldnt and still cannot believe the prices of adoption.....they are selling theese poor children who need homes. I cant afford this...NO WAY can I afford this! Why do the sell children for sooo much? Then people like me......who could give them all the love in the world...cany afford to adopt. Its crazy! I started looking at blogs of women who have adopted and fostered TONS of kids. One women was single and has 32 adopted children. HOW DOES SHE AFFORD IT?
Im still looking into fostering/adoption...if anyone has any advice, PLEASE LET ME KNOW

Moving on......My kids are gone for the week. They went camping with gramma. I miss them terribly. I cant even barley sleep. I miss the loud screeching, the sound of footsteps running across the floor below me hile I am trying to sleep. I really miss them. They come home tuesday morning. Thank goodness. Today I made some zuchini and Banana Bread for them to have when they coe home. I applied to a couple of other jobs. I am going to try to take on a 2nd job. Parttime of coursr. Im hopng someone will call me. If not then I will babysitto make some extra money...My plans are to take money out of each paycheck for groceries and then put the rest on my house. The sooner I get my house paidoff the sooner I can stay home with my kids! I am also going to a meeting at the end of augest for college. I am going to be attending...Empire State College. Its a college basically for parents who work and want to go back to college but cant quit their jobs to go. Im not really sure what want to go for, Im confused on that. Although I do have a few things in mind. I do KNOW that I DONT want to work at walmart the rest of my life! God, I dont even wanna work there now! This college you work from at home and you meet with a professor one or twe month, one on one. I think I can handle it.This way I can work at my own pace on my own time. Wish me LUCK!
Trenton gets some testing done this month. YAY! I cant wait. Its through the county....some specialists will be comming in and testing him for all sorts of things. Maby I can finally find out what the problem is. Im sooo happy! I reall want to find out what's wrong so I can learn more about how to help him and how to work with him. Ive tried what I can and nothing seems to work so maby if I learn more about how he is struggling....I can work with him better. Im really looking forward to it. He also goes to the docters on the 17th. Im not really looking forward to seeing him. Im surehe will tell me nothing is wrong with Trenton. I was thinking of getting a 2nd opinion from another DR> But the Doctor I want to see is on a 6 month waiting list to see him, YIKES! So for now, we will see what the county says. Trenton is all signed up for preschool and he will be starting in SEPT. :( He will also get speech there!
I do plan on homeschooling him after prechool, so I will be busy preparing this school year. Im kinda psyched and kinda scared about that!
Carter is growing like a weed. He is starting to talk. He is saying little words like mama, dada, frog, no, baby...IM SOOO HAPPY> Here I thought I was going to have 2 children that didnt talk!

To Damn Fast!!!! It seems like I am old already. Too old to do anything. I dont know if maby I have just hit a spurt in my life or what but I feel like I have no time left. No time for anything. I want to do sooo much! Can you actually believe that I have a notebook with soooo many things in it. And I add to it weekly too. Lists of things I want to do with my life, who I want to be, what I want to be, stuff that I want to learn and it seems that there is none or very little time to do theese things. I look at my book everyday and I wonder....will I ever get to do any of this stuff? WIll I ever be any of theese things? What will my life be like 20 years from now? Will I still be working at shitty little walmart making no money at all? Will I still be working overnights and be exhausted every single day of my life?????

To be blogging again!!! Man did I miss it! I just ran into some problems but they are all better now I hope. And I forgot my password, but FINALLY figured it out! We just got back from vacation to the lake. It was horrible!!! Rain, rain and more rain. We only got to get in the water once and that was the day before we were leaving :( I didnt get as many pictures as I normally do. We didnt do much really but sit around and mope.

What else....hum de hum de hum. Trenton gets tested by a phychatrist and a speech therepist and some other specialist in Augest. He will be going to preschool this September, 5 days a week, for 3 hours a day. Seems like alot for a 4 yr old. Ill miss him!!! :( But I still do plan to homeschool next fall.

I had a garden this summer. It has come out Great!!! Its not too big but I cant wait until next yr....Im going to grow EVERYTHING!!! LOL. I have one cucumber plant and it already has like 9 cucumbers. I have 2 zuchini plants and got millions of zucchinis, ate 3 of them already. TONS OF TOMATOES, TONS OF LETTUCE AND RADISHES, turnips (i thought I would try theese) Ive never had them before, onions, cantelope....flowers but no fruit yet, 4 hot pepper plants...already ate some, stuffed a few too, bunches of green pepper plants...but only 3 are producing...going to try some miricle grow on them tomarro....Stuffed those...what else....Peas arent doing very well, BEETS....ate the greens now just waiting on the beets. And I think thats about all. OH...yellow squash....I had 4 plants and the kids ripped 2 out of the ground. I put them in late so they are not ready yet but are flowering. I had 2 leftover cantelope plants that I couldnt fit into my garden so I dug 2 holes and planted them in the ground. I put them up against the fence right in the sun. When we got back from vacation those were the first thing I noticed was how well they were doing and flowering really well too. My dad came over that afternoon and I took him over to see them...well needless to say DON MOWED OVER THEM!!! So they are dead now!!!

Carter says baby. Carter is DEFINATLEY in terrible twos. My goodness he acts worse and worse each day!!!!! He bites, pinches, scratches, screams, crys, throws himself on the ground, Does everything you tell him not to do.... This kid is horrible acting!! ANy suggestions?

Today is Carters birthday! I cant believe my Baby is 2 today! WOW Time goes by sooo fast! We are having a little party tonite...just Don, Trenton, Carter and I. Will have pics to share soon!

NOW THAT SPRING IS HERE~we are getting EVEN Busier! I didnt think my life could be sooo busy!!! I have been working outside alot! The weather has been beautiful!!!!! In the 70's and 80's. It is suppose to snow tonite....1-2 inches? WHAT THE HECK IS THAT???????
ANYWAYS......I have begun to spring clean and get my yard together. My dad came over and pruned some trees for me. I raked the yard and took care of the limbs. Trenton was such a big help! LOL. He would pull the biggest limbs he could pull to the creek with me! It was cute!
I also dug out my flower beds, so they are all ready to plant in.
We have been playing outside ALL DAY too. The boys have been riding their bikes, playing with their new balls we got them, digging the yard up, playing with their trucks, painting on the deck and coloring on the deck! We have all really been enjoying the weather.
This week it is suppose to be cold and yucky! But HOPEFULLY next week we will beable to make my garden. I CANT WAIT!!! I am soooooo excited!!! I have been doing lots of reading on vegtables and how to maintain them! I plan on growing all sorts of veggies, along with some strawberries, a grape vine and HOPEFULLY a peach tree. But we will see.

Homemade Cleaners........

I just recently started cleaning with white vinegar. I read online somewhere that u can use it for pretty much anything. It makes my house smell soooo clean. Not like vinegar but fresh smelling. Another good thing about using vinegar is Trenton can help me clean and I dont have to worry about him inhaling it or tasting it or getting it in his eyes and burning them. He loves to help me clean but it is hard to let him help becuase of theese reasons. So today...... I poured Vinegar on my kitchen floor and let Trenton skate all over my kitchen with his socks on. LOL. He had a blast and now my kitchen floor is sparklely clean!!!!! I got some laundry folded as well. He also washed my kitchen cupboards down for me. I gave him a spray bottle full of white vinegar. He sprayed and wiped, sparyed and wiped. He had LOTS of fun!!!!! So........I did some research and there are lots of children friendly cleaners
such as:
Club Soda
Fresh Lemon Juice
Baking Soda
Toothpaste
veg oil ( for those hardwood floors)
SO I guess i have a shopping list to make, LOL
Just be sure to ventilate well. Even some of theese items can cause blurriness ect

Mission Organization

I joined Mission Organization over at Lifetime Moments. This month is almost over sooo I only am doing the important things.

1. Do something to prepare for xmas
2. Plan at least one week of meals
3. Label all cds/vidoes laying around
4. Take care of all loose photos hanging around
5. Clean up email box (YIKES...I have 350 emails)
6. Wash windows in and out
7. Wash/change linens on bed, flip matress and fluff pillows
8. Wash out all garbage cans
9. Clean fridge out
10. Clean coat closet out (well actually I have to put mine together..its still packed)LOL
11. Make my family a batch of something sweet
12. Buy new toothbrushes

I only have a week so I better HURRY!!!!

I have sooo much to do and sooo little time. Its my secind day off already. Geez time goes by sooo fast! Here is my to-do list for today! I hope I get it all done!!!!

-make cookies with the kids
-clean my desk off
-organize homeschool closet/bookshelves
-organize and put together kids toyroom
-go thru boys clothes and set aside for donations
-look for website about donating shoes to Africa (ANYONE KNOW THIS????)
-Call the college and ask about Applications ect
-Catch up the boys babybooks
-unpack and take care of at least 3 boxes on the front porch
-Write a letter to Church to let them know how we are doing
-dig for my Easter decorations, put them up
-wash Carters Bedding
-Menu plan next month
-Post some stuff on freecycle
-drag out suitcases for Jamies trip to FLordia
-Clean landing upstairs

All this and it STILL doesnt cover my daily cleaning. Ill be busy today!!!!!!!

We went and got the boys pictures done today at walmart. YAY! I cant wait to get them back!!!! They turned out nice. Ecspecially Trentons.
Carter needed a haircut and I have been sooo busy that I totally had forgotten all about it. SO I tried cutting it by myself.. Boy did that look terrible! SO DOn got out the trimmers and buzzed his hair on the highest setting. It looks pretty good. Ill have to share pics tomarro becuase I dont have time to post them. He looks JUST LIKE my brother Frank. Its hilarious.
While we were at walmart...I ended up picking up some stuff to use as cake toppers for Carters bday cake. I ended up getting a few trains from Thomas the Train. I also let the boys each pick out a pair of Pajamas...Carter of course picked out Thomas and Trenton surprised me with Diego. I thought for sure that he would pick Spiderman..like he always does.
We didnt even get to celebrate ST Pattys day the last 2 days. Ive been sooooo busy. So I am going to wing it and celebrate on tuesday. Its my day off, and the kids will never know the difference anyways. I had tons of fun stuff planned and didnt get to any of it. I cant wait until Tuesday!

Yesterday we made ST Pattys bears for Gramma. Trenton also pinned Carter and Blew raspberries on his belly. LOL

Theese are the kids St Pattys Bears. They are sooo cute! We hung them on Grammas fridge.

LOL. I am such a dizz. I really dont like Weblog.. So Here I am back to Blogger...LOL. NOW I can post some pics without having to resize them.
Well let me start off my fresh new blog with an update. I didnt erase the other one.....simply becuase it has many memories on it. Second....the reason I got a new blog...obviously somone has tracked me and found my blog. They were leaving very rude comments about my sister and that alot of what happened was her fault. SHe has been reading my blog and I didnt need her to be reading that. SO here it is ....MY BRAND NEW BLOG!!!! I dont really like the colors. I wonder if I can change that. Too bad they didnt have a "PIMP MY BLOG" site. That would be great!The kids have been doing great! I have been homeschooling and they have been learning. And although Trenton DOES NOT TALK YET....(grrrrr). I know he is learning and having fun doing it. We have been cooking/baking, reading and coloring, doing lots of crafts, pretend playing, playing games, singing songs ect. They have been having a blast and I been having fun doing it with them!!! Its great!!!I have been workin and cleaning and teaching the kids, I have been sooooo busy its crazy. I have been trying to lose weight. Its not working. SUCKS. I have been irritated with our home. So many things need to be done to it. I have been really depresssed latley and that sucks as well.Don is getting a motorcycle. Just what he needs. He goes and picks it up next thurs or fri. Its a nice bike. Nothin he needs though. A 2007 Honda Shadow....1100 cc. Here it is, his Bike...It has a nice little red tag on it though that says "SOLD". I want a few things. I never get anything. I get the bills...nothin ever for myself. I wouls like the new Chocolate Verizon Phone, or a new Ipod or a new computer. I REALLY need a new computer. This one is full of viruses and dont work worth a crap!!!!! I might have to just get a new computer in May.I havent had no time for scrapbooking. Even though I REALLY want too!!! Actually it is all still packed up!!!!! The room that is suppose to be my scraproom.....has a rotted floor in it. GO FIGURE.
